The purpose of worship is to come into the presence of God to receive His gifts, and to respond with praise and thanksgiving. We receive the gift of life throught he good news of Jesus love and forgiveness. This love and forgiveness is delivered through the teaching and the two sacraments of Baptisma nd the Lord's Supper.

This week’s message reminded us that the Gospel is not about proving ourselves to God or others. Paul points the Galatians back to the truth that righteousness comes through faith, just as Abraham trusted God’s promise and was counted as righteous.
Through Jesus, God fulfills His promise to bless all nations. Our standing with God is not based on what we accomplish, but on what Christ has already done for us. Because of His grace, we are free people who live by promise, not performance.
