Welcome to St. Paul’s Basecamp, a fun and welcoming gathering created especially for 5th–6th grade students to connect, grow, and begin taking meaningful steps in their faith within a safe, encouraging environment.
Basecamp is designed to help tweens build friendships, feel connected, and explore what it means to follow Jesus during an important season of life. Whether your student has been part of St. Paul for years or is brand new to our community, Basecamp offers a place where they can belong, ask questions, and grow alongside peers their age.
Held in the Athletic Center on St. Paul’s campus, Basecamp meets every second Sunday of the month from 12:30–2:30pm. Each gathering includes lunch, engaging games and activities, time for students to connect with one another, and a devotional that encourages students to discover how their faith applies to everyday life and how their identity is rooted in Christ.
Basecamp is led by our Director of Youth Ministries, Haley Moses, and supported by caring adult volunteers who are passionate about walking alongside students during these formative years. We would love for your student to join us as they grow in faith, build friendships, and take their next steps with Christ. For any questions or to learn more, please reach out to Haley
All current 5th–6th grade students are invited to be part of Basecamp. Students do not need to be members of St. Paul to attend. Basecamp is designed to be a welcoming space for tweens whether they are deeply connected to church, just beginning to explore their faith, or looking for a place to belong with kids their age.
Basecamp meets every second Sunday of the month from 12:30–2:30pm. This schedule allows students to transition easily from worship into a time designed specifically for them, while still keeping weekends manageable for families.
Basecamp takes place in the Athletic Center on St. Paul’s campus and is built to balance fun, connection, and faith formation. Each gathering includes lunch, games and interactive activities, time to build friendships, and a devotional that helps students begin to understand what it means to live out their faith. Everything is age-appropriate and intentionally designed for the tween stage of life.
